The IBM EMFE (feature code EMFE, part number 03HD801, CCIN 3299) is a 512 GB memory feature made of two 256 GB full-height DDR5 DDIMMs. The feature uses two DDIMM slots and is the largest full-height DDR5 option for the Power S1024 9105-42A. It is the Power10 feature code for the same 256 GB DDR5 module ordered as EM5J on Power11. The current listing that calls EMFE a 256 GB DDR4 feature is incorrect. Full-height memory is not supported on systems that have an RDX drive. Do not mix this DDR5 feature with DDR4 memory in the same system.

- Limitations: Requires two empty DDIMM slots. Full-height memory is not supported when an RDX drive is installed. Do not mix DDR4 and DDR5 in the same system. All memory in the system must be the same height. Follow the system memory plugging rules
