The IBM EMFC (feature code EMFC, part number 03HD894, CCIN 32A3) is a 256 GB memory feature made of two 128 GB low-profile DDR5 DDIMMs. Each module is 3200 MHz with 16 Gb DRAM. The feature uses two DDIMM slots. It is the Power10 feature code for the same 128 GB DDR5 module ordered as EM5G on Power11. Do not mix this DDR5 feature with DDR4 memory in the same system.

- Operating systems: IBM i, AIX, VIOS, and Linux on Power
- Related features: EMFA (64 GB, 2 × 32 GB) and EMFB (128 GB, 2 × 64 GB) are the smaller low-profile DDR5 features in this family
- Limitations: Requires two empty DDIMM slots. Do not mix DDR4 and DDR5 in the same system. All memory in the system must be the same height. Follow the system memory plugging rules
