The IBM EM6Y (feature code EM6Y, part number 78P7346, CCIN 327C) is a 256 GB memory feature made of two 128 GB low-profile DDR4 DDIMMs. Each module is 2666 MHz with 16 Gb DRAM. The feature uses two DDIMM slots. It is the low-profile 128 GB DDR4 module for the Power S1014 9105-41B. Do not mix this DDR4 feature with DDR5 memory in the same system.

- Systems: IBM Power S1014 9105-41B. Confirm support on other Power10 models before install, as the full-height 256 GB feature EM6U is the S1024 option
- Operating systems: IBM i, AIX, VIOS, and Linux on Power
- Related features: EM6N (32 GB), EM6W (64 GB), and EM6X (128 GB) are the smaller low-profile DDR4 features. EM6U is the full-height 256 GB feature for S1024
- Limitations: Requires two empty DDIMM slots. Do not mix DDR4 and DDR5 in the same system. On systems with an RDX drive, only low-profile memory is supported. Follow the system memory plugging rules for equal fill and maximum feature-code count
