Warranty and Returns
Warranty:
All products purchased from Data Tech are covered by 60 day warranty and are eligible for IBM Maintenance Agreement unless otherwise specified.
Returns:
If a warranty product is found to be defective, or you receive the wrong product, you must notify Data Tech by telephone within 3 days of delivery at (770) 772-0200, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, EST or you may e-mail us at info@DataTechComputer.com.
Return merchandise must be packed in the original shipping material with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
All Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA date.
Freight on all returns must be PREPAID.
Returns for refund are subject to 25% restock fee
In order to return a product to DataTech, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from DataTech. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box being returned. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused and will therefore cause a delay in processing your return and credit.
