The IBM EM7H (feature code EM7H) provides 128 GB of DDR5 memory using two 64 GB low-profile (2U) DDIMMs running at 4000 MHz with 16 Gb DRAM. It is designed for the IBM Power E1150 enterprise midrange server (machine type 9043 model MRU). The E1150 supports up to 16 TB of DDR5 memory across 64 DDIMM slots. Memory installs in pairs and must follow E1150 plugging rules. Do not mix DDR4 and DDR5 memory in the same system.
