The IBM EM7D (feature code EM7D) provides 256 GB of DDR5 memory using four 64 GB low-profile (2U) DDIMMs for the IBM Power E1180 enterprise server (machine type 9080 model HEU). Each system node supports up to 64 DDIMM slots and 16 TB of memory. Memory is installed in groups of four and must follow E1180 plugging rules. All DDIMMs on the same SCM must be identical. Do not mix DDR4 and DDR5 memory.
