The IBM EM5B (feature code EM5B, part number 03HD896, CCIN 32A2) is a 128 GB memory feature made of two 64 GB low-profile DDR5 DDIMMs. Each module uses 16 Gb DRAM and runs at 4000 MHz or 4800 MHz depending on the processor type. The feature uses two DDIMM slots. It is the Power11 feature code for the same 64 GB DDR5 module ordered as EMFB on Power10. Do not mix this DDR5 feature with DDR4 memory in the same system.
