The IBM ADBE (feature code ADBE) provides two 4-port 32 Gb Fibre Channel adapter cards for the IBM FlashSystem 7300 (machine type 4657 models 924 and U7D). Each adapter includes four 32 Gb FC ports with shortwave SFP transceivers. This feature delivers high-performance host connectivity supporting both traditional SCSI Fibre Channel and FC-NVMe protocols. The dual-card pair ensures redundancy and high availability for enterprise storage environments.
