It supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, and 10 and is installed in pairs for redundant cache protection in Power7 and select Power8 systems. The adapter attaches to EXP24S, ESLS, or other SAS expansion drawers, delivering high-throughput internal storage for database, virtualization, and enterprise workloads.
