The IBM ADBF (feature code ADBF) provides two dual-port 64 Gb Fibre Channel adapter cards for the IBM FlashSystem 7300 (machine type 4657 models 924 and U7D). Each adapter delivers two 64 Gbps Fibre Channel ports with shortwave SFP transceivers. This feature provides ultra-high-speed host connectivity supporting both traditional SCSI Fibre Channel and FC-NVMe protocols. The dual-card pair ensures redundancy and high availability for demanding enterprise storage environments.
