The IBM ACGB (feature code ACGB) provides an additional 768 GB of system cache (384 GB per node canister) for the IBM FlashSystem 7300. This upgrade increases the total available cache memory, improving performance for high-IOPS workloads, caching efficiency, and overall system responsiveness. It is used in conjunction with the base cache configuration and can be combined with the 512 GB cache upgrade (feature ACGJ) to reach a maximum of 1.5 TB total system cache.
