The IBM EKF6 (feature code EKF6, part number 02YC726, CCIN 5B51) is a 3.2 TB Enterprise NVMe U.2 15 mm SSD. It uses a PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and is formatted with 4160-byte sectors for IBM i. Feature EKF5 is the physically identical AIX/Linux/VIOS version, formatted with 4096-byte sectors. Feature ES5F is a physically related IBM i feature for this same 3.2 TB Enterprise U.2 family.

- Environments: IBM i
- Requirements: Available U.2 15 mm NVMe slot. Mirroring is required when the drive is used as an IBM i load source.
- Limitations: Does not fit SAS SFF-2 or SFF-3 bays. AIX and Linux use feature EKF5, not EKF6. Confirm firmware, slot population rules, and IBM i load-source rules before install.
