Product Description

The IBM ECT5 (feature code ECT5, part number 02YC740, CCIN 5B51) is an Enterprise-class 3.2 TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe U.2 solid-state drive. It uses a 15 mm U.2 form factor and is formatted with 4160-byte sectors for IBM i. It is the Power11 feature code for the same 3.2 TB Enterprise NVMe U.2 module ordered as ES5F or related IBM i features on Power10. The drive provides high endurance and low latency for IBM i workloads. Feature ECT1 is the related AIX/Linux version with 4096-byte sectors.
