The IBM ADSA (feature code ADSA, part number 03JK162) is a 4.8 TB usable FlashCore Module 3 (FCM3). It uses the NVMe interface in a 2.5-inch, 15 mm form factor and includes hardware-accelerated inline compression and always-on AES-256 encryption. IBM rates FCM3 4.8 TB modules at 21.99 TB effective capacity. Feature AGSA is the related 4.8 TB FCM3 feature for FlashSystem 5200 and 5300. Feature AHS9 is the related 4.8 TB FCM3 feature for FlashSystem 9500.

- Array rules: All drives in an array must be the same type and capacity
- Limitations: Fits supported FlashSystem NVMe FCM bays only. Does not fit SAS SFF bays or IBM Power Systems SAS/NVMe U.2 server bays. Empty NVMe slots require a drive blank. Confirm firmware level and population rules before install
