Product Description

The IBM ECT4 (feature code ECT4, part number 02YC739, CCIN 5B52) is an Enterprise-class 1.6 TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe U.2 solid-state drive. It uses a 15 mm U.2 form factor and is formatted with 4160-byte sectors for IBM i. It is the Power11 feature code for the same 1.6 TB Enterprise NVMe U.2 module ordered as ES5B or related IBM i features on Power10. The drive provides high endurance and low latency for IBM i workloads. Feature ECT0 is the related AIX/Linux version with 4096-byte sectors.
