Warranty and Returns
Warranty:
All products purchased from Data Tech come with a 60-day warranty and are eligible for an IBM Maintenance Agreement, unless otherwise specified.
Returns:
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please notify Data Tech within 3 days of delivery by calling us at (770) 772-0200, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST, or by emailing us at info@DataTechComputer.com.
To return merchandise:
- The product must be packed in the original shipping material.
- The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- All returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA date.
- Freight for all returns must be prepaid.
- Returns for a refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Important:
You must obtain an RMA number from Data Tech before returning any product. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused, causing delays in processing your return and credit.
