Product Description
The IBM EM5J 512 GB (2x256 GB) DDIMMs, 4000 MHz or 4800 MHz, 32 Gbit DDR5 Memory (Feature Code: EM5J) is a high-density DDR5 memory kit designed for IBM Power Systems. This dual-module kit provides 512 GB total capacity using two 256 GB DDR5 RDIMMs with 32 Gbit DRAM technology, supporting speeds up to 4800 MHz (or 4000 MHz depending on system configuration). It delivers significantly increased bandwidth, lower power consumption, and enhanced reliability for the most demanding IBM i workloads requiring massive memory footprints.
