- Capacity: Supports up to 504 drives with up to twenty 2U expansion enclosures or eight 5U expansion enclosures.
- Advanced Features: Includes system clustering with HyperSwap®, data reduction pools with deduplication and compression, and encryption of data at rest (requires 64 GB of cache).
IBM FlashSystem 5010 (formerly Storwize V5010E):
- Performance: Two-core processors with up to 64 GB total cache.
- Capacity: Supports up to 392 drives with up to ten 2U expansion enclosures or four 5U expansion enclosures.
- Flexibility: Available in all-flash or hybrid flash configurations. Choose feature code "AHZD" for all-flash or "AHZE" for hybrid flash configurations.

FlashSystem 5000 High Density LFF Expansion Enclosure: Holds up to ninety-two 3.5-inch drives.
